FCPRD Adult Tennis Program is designed to take participants from mastering essential skills to actively playing tennis; all structured in a tennis practice, work-out format. This unique program combines going over the proper fundamentals of the sport while each session gives participants an opportunity to run through several movement and conditioning tennis drills in addition, play games focused on developing and improving overall skills. This program is excellent for all Adults looking to get back into the game of tennis, active players, as well as beginners who are looking to learn the sport and at the same time get in shape with a great physical work-out.
